This is a yoga program for those who want to take their journey of yoga asanas from zero to beginner to advanced level.

This program is specially designed while keeping in mind the students enthusiasm to learn yoga while considering the level of their physical strength. This program includes basic tricks and sequences to reach desired postures & many functional movements that help to build body strength to hold asanas for a longer period of time. We also include weight training to develop body strength through isolation movements or to increase the intensity of the program.

This program includes intense yoga flows, functional strength training, weight training and practice of advanced yoga postures with preparatory poses and sequences followed by stretching routine & breathing practices.

This program also has other benefits like weight loss, hormone balancing, Strength & Muscle building, Improve flexibility, and more. Its a 3 months program, with personalised Ayurvedic Diet plan & some DO's & DONT's according to your body type, which includes one to one consultation with each and every member of the group to understand their Prakruti & Vikriti.
